Check out some of the programs under Issues Facing persons who are blind at accessibleworld.org. See if Hadley School for the Blind has a correspondence course about that. I don't know any lists about that. Sometimes such skills need to be shown not just verbally explained. American Foundation for the Blind may have some videos on their site for seniors. I'd be willing to correspond privately through email about some of the skills, though I'm not proficient in every one of them. Sharon
