At home we use the whole grain wheat and the spinach
I think it is up to you and your likeing. We tend to try to stay away a lot of 
flour and at times we just use butter lettace for wraps,but again it is your 
choice.

Recently BARD added a book with recipes for wraps. Some use flavored tortillas 
such as spinach, tomato, etc. I'd like your opinions about whether these 
flavored tortillas are good or if I should just use plain.
