Some of them are very good and some are not. Personally, I don't care for the wholewheat or gluten free as much as the ones with veggies added. If using the wholewheat, getting them very crisp helps in my opinion. I am Latina and grew up on homemade tortillas. Corn are the healthiest alternative. Very little fat and the yellow are made with whole grains and taste delicious. However, I use flour too and just use wholewheat bread which I prefer.

Some use flavored tortillas such as spinach, tomato, etc. I'd like your opinions about whether these flavored tortillas are good or if I should just use plain. Thanks, Nancy in OK _______________________________________________ Cookinginthedark mailing list [email protected] http://acbradio.org/mailman/listinfo/cookinginthedark _______________________________________________ Cookinginthedark mailing list [email protected] http://acbradio.org/mailman/listinfo/cookinginthedark
