For various times, I have made corn tortillas. I have a tortilla press and a small cast iron skillet for browning the tortillas. I used to buy the peppers that were dried up and filled with seeds. I roasted them in the oven for about 20 to 30 seconds. Then I made enchilada sauce using the roasted peppers and so on in the blender. It took a great amount of time to fix things, but the few minutes you have to eat the results went very quickly.
