Real Healthy CINNAMON RAISIN CASHEW BUTTER

INGREDIENTS
Serves 20

•       3 cups roasted cashews, unsalted
•       ¼ teaspoon sea salt
•       1 Tablespoon coconut oil
•       ¼ cup raisins
•       1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
•       1 teaspoon vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS
1.      Blend the cashews, salt and coconut oil in a food processor until
creamy. This may take awhile, so continue to blend, blend, blend until
creamy.
2.      Add the raisins, cinnamon and vanilla extract. Pulse in until fully
incorporated into the cashew butter. Enjoy!
