Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese , softened `1/2 cup butter ( no substitutes ) 1/4 tsp. vanilla 3/4 cup powdered sugar 2 Tbsp. brown sugar 3/4 cup chocolate chips 3/4 cup finely chopped pecans graham crackers or vanilla wafers
Beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla till fluffy. Gradually add sugars; beat just till combined. Stir in chips. Cover and refrigerate 2 hrs. Shape in a ball and refrigerate at least 1 hr. Just before serving , roll cheese ball in pecans. Serve with graham crackers or vanilla wafers. ~ Faith is seeing light with your heart when all your eyes can see is darkness.
