I have a Thanksgiving request .sweet potatoes sweetened with brown sugar and mini marshmallows. Is the liquor you use brandty or sherry? When do you add the mini marshmallows? Turns out I can cheat and use the Trader Joes maple baked sweet potatoes and add nuts, liquor and marshmallows.
