EASY BUTTERMILK PIE 2 c. sugar 1 c. buttermilk 1/2 c. butter or margarine 1 tsp. vanilla 2 T. flour Dash nutmeg 3 eggs, beaten 1 9-in. unbaked pie shell
Cream sugar and butter. Add flour and eggs; beat well. Add buttermilk and flavorings. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350° for 45-50 minutes or until browned.
