Sugar's Meatloaf Here is how I usually make mine. 1lb lean ground beef 1/2 diced red onion 1sm. green bell pepper diced Cantalina Italian bread crumbs About half the container depending on how much meat you use.
1 Egg Salt and epper to taste 1tea spoon garlic powder Half sm. can of tomato sauce, I use roasted garlic and basil flavor About 1 table spoon yello mustard or spice mustard 1 to 2 tea spoon A1C sauce Foil paper Preheat oven to 350degrees Prepare all ingrediants in a bowl and shape in to loaf. I use a bread loaf but you can use a 9 by 13 bbaking dish. Place foil paper in oaf and butter just a little so that it won't stick. Make sure you mix everything well then place in pan and cook for about an hour and let sit for 5 minutes before serving. Variety: I at times I place half the meat in the loaf pan and place cheese in the center then top it off with rest of meat then wrap it with bacon if my Daniel disere's.smile Cook same way.slice the loaf in There is speaking grace.
