I use a traditional batter, but replace the water with beer. It makes a
light and puffy batter.

I too Love fried fish. And Charles when you cook your fish, what type of
batter do you use? I wish I had a fryer but have to use the stove top to
cook my fish.
I wish I had a double sided back Tula to turn my fish, but my husband turns
it for me with the regular spatula because if I do it it would end up
outside the pen! LOL
