Another thing you can do is sprinkle them with either ranch dressing mix or packaged taco seasoning and bake them per package directions. And for "Flaming Tots" do either of those and include some cayenne. I've found that a quick toss of the frozen tots in some EVOO or another light cooking oil can improve their flavor, and if you're avoiding the oils spraying them with cooking spray also works.
