I like that much better!

I have onion soup mix, so let me get this straight...

Put the foil down, then put the roast on it, put the onion soup mix on it, and
when you say wrap it up, put foil on it?
I need to get another slow cooker lol. I gave mine away when I got this
electric pressure cooker.

What's the internal temperature I should be looking for upon completion?
Thanks for the great suggestion.

Subject: [CnD] Cooking pot roast.

Hi,
A 2 pound roast sounds small, but doable. Have you thought of putting the meat
on a large sheet of foil, sprinkling it with a packet of onion soup mix,
wrapping it tightly and cooking it in the oven at 350 for about an hour? This
should work nicely and taste good. You can boil potatoes, carrots and whatever
vegetables you like to serve with the roast.
Good Eating,
Alice
