ROCKY ROAD DRIZZLED COOKIES
MAKES 40 COOKIES.
COOKIE DOUGH---
1 1/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1 3/4 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
Heat oven to 35O degrees. Combine sugar, brown sugar, butter, and vanilla in
a bowl, beat until fluffy. Add egg, beat until blended. Beat in flour,
baking soda, and salt. Stir 1/3 cup mini marshmallows, 3/4 oz chopped
chocolate, and 1/3 cup chopped toasted pecans into cookie dough. Drop dough
by tablespoonfuls on lined baking sheets. Bake until lightly browned 12 min.
Combine 1 oz chopped chocolate and 1/4 tsp oil in a bowl. Microwave on high
until melted 1 min. Drizzle chocolate over cookies. SERVE & ENJOY...
