Hello, when freezing strawberries, make sure you cut off the green tops. Then 
you can either slice them in half or keep them whole.
Make sure they are as dry as you can get them. Then, place on a parchment sheet 
on a baking sheet, and spaced out evenly, making sure they do not touch each 
other.
Then place in the freezer until frozen. Then put in freezer bags.
The same goes with any fruit, banana, blueberry, raspberries, etc.
If you're freezing bananas though, make sure it is peeled.
