Sugar, I have made these many times; it's my go-to recipe when I have to bring treats. They never fail. Do NOT overbake.

Lightly spray a 9x13" baking dish with cooking spray. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, salt. In another bowl, combine oil, eggs, vanilla. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Mix just until combined, do NOT overmix. Spread into prepared baking dish. Bake 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near center tests clean.
