The hummus taste is a cross between green pea soup and mild cheddar cheese. To
me. It's smooth and creamy but good. Since it's in hummus it has to be very
mild in taste, because if it wasn't it would dominate the hummus flavor.

Hi Susan,
I don't know how to describe a taste. They're used in hummus if you know what
that is but even in there, it's hard to describe. Garbanzos (also called chic
peas) is also good in soups. Not sure this was very helpful!
