How long will these stay fresh wrapped this way?

Fear is just excitement in need of an attitude adjustment!

Ok, it is as easy as this, take a papertowel or two don't break them
apart(the one's I use can be divided in to three parts and I get my paper
needs at Cosco) And I take a bunch of oh let's say my Cilantro and wrap them
around the bunch, tuck in the corners a bit or fold them and place in the
bottom drawer on top of my paper bag that I have laid flat at the bottom of
the veggie drawer.
The same for my green onions, making sure the green leafy part's are
covered, this may ttake two pieces of towls since they are a bit longer.
I also have semi flat trays for these kind of leafy veggies, so maybe this
may work for you?
Either way you do what works for you.

I always place a paper towl or cut a paper bag and place it in the veggie
drawer and I also have Tauperware containers made for fresh veggies that
work out great.
If it is leafy like cilantro or green onions, I don't wash until I need them
and I wrap them around a paper towel and place onions in zip lock baggies
once cut.

How do people store fresh vegetables such as lettuce, broccoli, cauleflower
peppers, etc.?? There seem to be different opinions on storing vegetables so
I would like to know your views.

thanks,

Mary Ann
