SPICY HOT DOGS OVER RICE
1 package hot dogs, sliced into rounds 1 small green pepper, seeded and chopped 1 small onion, finely diced 1 can tomato soup 1 tablespoon (or more to taste) chili powder 1 tablespoon olive oil hot cooked rice In medium skillet heat oil over medium heat. Saute hot dog slices, onions and peppers until hot dogs begin to brown and peppers and onions are soft. Stir in tomato soup and chili powder. (Water may be added if thinner sauce is desired) Heat through.
