Barbecued Turkey for Sandwiches

Joanna Bear, Salisbury, MD Makes 4-5 servings Prep Time: 10 minutes Cooking Time: 1 hour Ideal slow cooker size: 1-1/2- to 2-qt.

1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp.  prepared mustard
1 Tbsp.  Worcestershire sauce
2 cups turkey, cooked and cut into bite-sized

chunks
1 small onion, finely chopped, optional

1.  Mix ketchup, sugar, mustard, and

Worcestershire sauce together in the slow cooker.

Add turkey and onion, if you wish.  Toss

to coat well.  2.  Cover and cook on High 1 hour or until

heated through.  3.  Serve on buns.
