Biscuit Mix 5 Lb. flour 3 Tbsp. salt ¾ C. baking powder 1 Tbsp. cream of tartar ½ C. sugar 2 Lb. (4 C.) shortening
Mix dry ingredients together in large bowl. Cut shortening
until mixture is the consistency of cornmeal. Store in
tightly covered container at room temperature. To measure,
pile lightly in a cup and level off. Use as Bisquick
