Homemade Cavender's Greek Seasoning
Ingredients 1 tablespoon dill seed 1 tablespoon black peppercorns 1 tablespoon dried basil 1 tablespoon dried oregano leaves 1 teaspoon dried thyme 1 tablespoon granulated garlic 1 tablespoon granulated onions 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes 1 tablespoon dried rosemary 1 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves Directions Mix ingredients in a bowl and transfer to a grinder (or your blender). This may take several batches if using a dedicated coffee grinder like I use. You want the blend fairly fine. Store in an airtight jar in a dark cabinet with all your other spices.
