Is it bonelsss or bone-in? Google sites recommend between 2 and 2.5 hours without specifying bone-in or boneless.

If the breast is thawed completely, I'd say 2.5 hours. You might want to consider variables such as whether its a toaster oven or convection as the latter would cook in less time.
