Hi Wendy, I do this all the time! It should take about twelve and a half minutes at 350. When you pull them out of the oven, let them stand for about 20 minutes before you remove them from the roasting pan. You can add about a half a tablespoon of olive oil and a half a tablespoon of salt for each pound of almonds. Toss and enjoy!
