Hi
I have used them in soups, omletes or in casseroles.
If I do not use the entire pepper I chop the rest or left over's, freeze them
and then use them in soups, casseroles or in spreads.
I do not use them after they have been frozen for a week though

Subject: [CnD] dried bell peppers

Hi,

Has anyone used dried bell peppers, in particular dried green bell peppers?
If so, how has it worked out and where did you get them?

Whenever I buy a whole green pepper, I usually only need one half of one for a
recipe and the other half gets bad before I think to use it. Also experience
with freezing them?

     Jeanne
