One other helpful note -- the phrase "Tried and True" in the subject line or body of the message means that a blind person has made this recipe with no problems and that it's fully accessible. I've also run into "T&T" or "TNT" to designate this. This will help folks who only want recipes they know are tested for blind issues to decide if they want to save the recipe..
