Cozy Cabin Casserole 1 pound lean round steak
1 envelope dry beefy onion soup mix 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup 1/2 cup sour cream Layer steak, soup mix and soups in 4 quart slow cooker. Cover; cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or until meat is tender but not over-cooked. Stir in sour cream 10 minutes before serving. Makes 3 to 4 servings.
