Hi, I do not have any specific recipes, but when I cooked it in the past, I went by the directions on the bag. I believe you just roasted it according to the weight of the duck. Second, and I hope this does not happen with yours is that it turned out very greasy and there was not much meat. A lot of grease and skin. It might make a difference if it is a wild duck or store bought. good luck!
