Hello,
I would purchase an air fryer, specifically Cook's Essentials 3 qt. digital one
with presets and pan, available from QVC. I am not a fan of deep-frying in hot
oil, and using a lot of oil to begin with. Air fryers allow you to use very
little oil, no more than 2 tablespoons, and I am very satisfied with the
results. It does frozen fries really well, and I have made potato wedges in it
from potatoes I cut and seasoned myself. I have also cooked salmon in there,
but left it in too long so it dried a little. Cooking fresh meat may be a
little tricky because it can dry quickly. With practice, however, it should get
easier. I hope this helps,
Nafisah.
