Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

1 pound lean round steak cubes

1 envelope ddry beefy onion soup mix

1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup

1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup

1/2 cup sour cream

Place steak, soup mix and soups into 3 quart slow cooker; mix well. Cover;
cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, stirring occasionally. Fifteen minutes before
serving, stir in sour cream. When hot and bubbly, serve over cooked rice or
noodles

Variation:

Use 2 cans cream of mushroom soup instead of 1 can each of cream of celery
and cream of mushroom soups.

Makes 6 servings.
