PUMPKIN PIE DIP

INGREDIENTS

2 c. heavy cream

1 3.4 oz. box instant vanilla pudding mix

½ c. canned pumpkin

2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Ginger snaps or other cookies or graham crackers for serving


DIRECTIONS

1. With a mixer, beat heavy cream and vanilla pudding until soft peaks form.
1 to 2 minutes.

2. Add pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice and stir to combine, then chill if
desired.

3. Serve with cookies or graham crackers.  From Chrissie, (Dale’s niece.  We
had this for Thanksgiving and I really liked it.
