14 Minute Quiche

1/4 cup chopped onion

1/4 cup chopped green pepper

1/4 cup chopped pepperoni

1 egg

1 cup milk

3/4 cup flour

6 ounces shredded Muenster cheese

2 to 3 tablespoons butter or margarine

1/4 cup sliced pepperoni

Oregano

Saute onion, pepper and chopped pepperoni (and any other vegetable of your
choice) in the butter. Cook until onions are soft. Combine egg, milk, flour
and two-thirds of the Muenster cheese in a bowl with a whisk. When blended,
Pour into a pan with sauteed vegetables and return to heat. Cover pan and
cook over low to medium heat for 12 to 15 minutes. When center of quiche is
still loose, remove pan from heat. Sprinkle remaining cheese and center of
quiche and place sliced pepperoni pieces around outside of loose cheese
mixture. Sprinkle lightly with oregano. Cover; cook over low heat
approximately 2 to 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Remove from heat.
