Cherry Pie Filling Bread

1 1/2 cups vegetable oil

3 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 cups all-purpose flour

2 cups granulated sugar

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 (20 ounce) can cherry pie filling

1 1/2 cups chopped pecans

Beat together eggs, oil and vanilla extract.

Sift dry ingredients together and add to egg mixture. Stir in cherry pie
filling

and nuts by hand. Pour into two greased loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees F for
1 hour.  Enjoy.
