Makes about 24 cookies. ready in: under 30 minutes. ingredients 1 package (18.25 ounce size) spice cake mix 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 eggs 1 cup butterscotch chips directions Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Combine cake mix, eggs, oil and vanilla in large bowl. Beat at low speed with electric mixer until well blended. Stir in butterscotch chips. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until set. Cool 2 minutes on cookie sheet. Remove to cooling racks. Cool completely.
