I'll take a throw at your second question. A funnel small enough to fit the bottle, a measuring cup probably a quarter cup size, the measuring spoon that's needed should be close to hand. First pour some vanilla into measuring cup more than is needed for the recipe. Next, use measuring spoon and spoon vanilla out of cup and put it where it needs to go. Third, put funnel in bottle and pour remainder from cup back into bottle then close the bottle. A few more steps but more accurate measuring that way. After that, clean up your hardware.

Subject: [CnD] Two questions

Good afternoon. Does anyone have suggestions for using coconut or almond flour? I'm especially looking for dessert recipes.

How do you measure vanilla and other extracts where a small amount is needed from a large bottle?

Thank you in advance for your help.
