Pour into 9 x 13 inch sheet pan and bake in a 325 degree oven for 30-35 minutes, or until cake tests done. Cool on rack and frost. PISTACHIO FROSTING: 1 (1 lb.) container of whipped topping 1 (3 oz.) box instant pistachio pudding Cocoa powder Combine and beat at low speed for a few minutes. Turn mixer to high and continue beating a few more minutes.
