Stuffed Pork Chops And Corn 5 to 6 boneless pork chops
1 (6 ounce) box stuffing mix for pork, prepared 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, optional 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup Place pork chops in 4 to 5 quart slow cooker. Spoon prepared stuffing mix over top of chops. Spoon corn over stuffing. Pour soup over all without adding water. Cover; cook on low for 5 to 6 hours, or on high for 3 to 4 hours, or until meat is tender but not dry. Makes 5 to 6 servings.
