Fruited Pork 1 (2 pound) boneless pork loin roast
1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 1/2 cups mixed dried fruit 1/2 cup apple juice Place pork in 3 to 4 quart slow cooker. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with fruit. Pour apple juice over top. Cover; cook on low for 4 to 6 hours, or until pork is tender. Makes 6 servings.
