PEANUT BUTTER CAKE

 


1 (2 layer size) pkg. yellow cake mix
1 (4 serving size) pkg. vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
4 eggs
1 c. water
1/4 c. oil
1 c. peanut butter

Combine all ingredients in a large mixer bowl. Blend; then beat at medium
speed of electric mixer for 4 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 10-inch
tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes or until cake springs back
when lightly pressed. Cool in pan
