1/2 c. Crisco

1 1/2 c. sugar

2 c. self rising flour

2 eggs

1 c. milk

1 tsp. vanilla


Cream Crisco and sugar. Add eggs, milk, flour and vanilla extract. Use 3 (9
inch) round cake pans.


Bake at 325 degrees for about 20 to 25 minutes. Ice layers with your
favorite frosting.  Enjoy.
