Seasoned Pork Ribs

3 pounds pork shoulder ribs, cut into serving-size pieces

2 teaspoons chipotle seasoning spice

1 teaspoon coarse black pepper, optional

1 tablespoon prepared horseradish

1/4 cup ketchup

1/4 cup apricot jelly

Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Season pork with chipotle
seasoning and place in hot skillet, browning each piece on top and bottom.
Do in batches so all the pieces brown well. As you finish browning ribs,
Place them in a 4 to 5 quart slow cooker. Cover; cook on high for 3 hours.
Meanwhile, mix together remaining ingredients in a bowl. Spread over cooked
pork. Cover; cook on high for 1 hour, or until the meat is tender.

Makes 2 to 3 servings. Mama's Corner.
