Buffalo Chicken Burgers |
INGREDIENTS:
1 pound ground chicken
1/4 cup Lingham's Original Hot Sauce
1/2 cup shredded carrot
1 stalk celery, finely diced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoons fresh parsley leaves, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
3 Kaiser rolls (or bun of your choice)
Baby greens
Blue Cheese Sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
Gently combine the first 9 ingredients in a large bowl , be careful
not to over mix. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place the bowl in
the refrigerator for 20 to 30 minutes. Can do this step the night before.
Heat your grill (or grill pan ) to medium-high heat.
Remove the bowl from the refrigerator, divide the meat into thirds, and
form your patties.
Grill the burgers for 3 to 4 minutes per side (depending on the burger
thickness), or until they reach an internal temperature of 165 F.
Serve the burgers on the Kaiser rolls, with the baby greens and blue
cheese sauce.

Creamy Blue Cheese Dip
Ingredients
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (I used non-fat)
1/4 cup mayonnaise ( I used low-fat)
1/4 cup milk ( I used 2%)
4 ounce blue cheese crumbles
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (1/2 of a lemon)
1/4 teaspoon sauce
Kosher salt
Fresh cracked black pepper
Instructions
Place the ingredients in a medium bowl and combine, smashing some of
the blue cheese crumbles with the back of a spoon. Taste and adjust
salt and pepper as needed.
