One Rise Cinnamon Rolls

1 cup whipping cream

1 cup brown sugar

3 1/2 cups flour

1 package yeast

1/4 cup sugar

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup hot water

2 tablespoons butter, softened

1 egg

1/2 cup sugar

2 teaspoons cinnamon

1/2 cup butter, softened

Mix together whipping cream and brown sugar; pour into 9 by 13 inch pan. Mix
together 1 1/2 cups flour, yeast, 1/4 cup sugar, salt, water, 2 tablespoons
butter and egg. Beat on medium speed for 3 minutes. Stir in remaining 1 1/2
to 2 cups flour. Knead on floured board for 1 minute. Roll out dough into 15
by 7 inch rectangle. Mix together 1/2 cup sugar, cinnamon and 1/2 cup
butter. Sprinkle filling over dough. Roll up jelly roll fashion, starting at
long end. Cut into 1 to 1 1/2 inch sections. Place rolls onto cream mixture.
Cover and let rise for 30 to 45 minutes, or until double in size. Bake at
400 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool for 10 to 15 minutes before inverting onto
