Sausage And Apples
1 pound smoked sausage
2 large apples, cored and sliced
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup apple juice
Cut meat into 2 inch pieces. Place all ingredients in 4 quart slow cooker;
mix together well. Cover; cook on low for 1 to 3 hours, or until heated
through and until apples are as tender as you like them.
