Fruit Crumble

2 cups diced red apples

Juice of 1/2 lemon

1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice

1 (16 ounce) can cranberry sauce

1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats

3/4 cup dark brown sugar

1/2 cup flour

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 cup butter

In large baking dish, mix together the fruit, cranberry sauce and lemon
juice. Combine half the brown sugar and the cinnamon; sprinkle over fruit.
Cut butter into flour, remaining brown sugar and rolled oats until a crumbly
mixture is formed. Sprinkle evenly over top of fruit and bake at 350 degrees
for 35 to 40 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream or topping.  Mama's
