Please define touch button one. I have an older model of the nuwave oven and the buttons are raised off the surface. Each button has a spring under it so will return to raised position once pressed and will also beep when pressed. First three columns on the left are the number pad. The zero key is at the bottom of the second column and the 1 is at the top of the first column with numbers running from left to right with the 4 under the 1 and the 7 under the 4. Numbers are minutes not seconds or hours. The fourth column has cook at top, power level below cook, and oven clock below power level if I have that right. The last column to the right only has two buttons in it the top being start and the bottom one being clear. If the buttons were not raised on the model you examined, it's probably a touch pad which means I will be replacing my nuwave with a different manufacturer's device when time comes. Perhaps ninja or instant pot but I haven't figured that out yet.
