Broccoli Salad: Submitted by: Talisa Derks 3 stalks fresh broccoli 1/2 cup raisins 1/2 red onion 8 slices bacon 1/2 cup pecans 2 Tsp. vinegar 1/4 cup sugar 1 cup salad dressing, such as Miracle Whip
Chop broccoli florets in to small pieces. Cook bacon until crisp. Set aside to drain. Chop pecans in to small pieces. Toss with broccoli. Dice onion, and add to salad ingredients in bowl. In separate bowl, mix vinegar, sugar, salad dressing and stir. Mix all ingredients together.
