Jiffy Raisin Loaf 3/4 cup golden seedless raisins
Hot water 2 cups prepared biscuit baking mix 3/4 cup sugar 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/3 cup chopped nuts 1 egg 3/4 cup milk Rinse raisins in hot water; drain. Combine with baking mix, sugar, cinnamon and nuts. Beat eggs slightly. Add to milk. Stir into dry ingredients. Pour batter into greased 8 1/2 by 4 1/2 by 2 1/2 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Makes 1 loaf.
