Beef and Bean Casserole

Beef and bean casserole recipe with ground beef, baked beans, and cheddar
cheese, along with onions and green and red bell pepper.

INGREDIENTS:

1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
I just used a whole one.
1/2 cup chopped red and green bell pepper I used a whole red pepper, prefer
those to green ones.
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 large can pork and beans (28 to 32 ounces)
1/2 cup shredded mild Cheddar cheese
I used more cheese, because I love it!
PREPARATION:
Brown ground beef, onion, and bell pepper in a large skillet; pour off
excess fat. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour mixture into a 1 1/2
quart casserole; bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
Serves 6.
