SHIPWRECK CASSEROLE, T&T
Serves 6 to 8. Ingredients: 2 medium potatoes, thinly sliced 2 onions, separated into rings 2 lbs. ground beef 1 can refried beans 1 can tomato sauce, 15 oz In greased casserole, place ingredients in layers as they are mentioned above. Begin layering with potatoes and end with tomato sauce. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
