Just thought I'd pass along that the Cooking in the Dark radio shows play
frequently every week on ACB radio's mainstream channel.
This link gives the schedule each day for programs that are aired and their

It is suggested that if you don't have the ACB radio tuner, you download it
from the ACB radio site, www.acbradio.org
Also Cooking in the Dark shows are archived at
cookinginthedark.libsyn.com
there you can search by a certain recipe type, say, casseroles or view the
shows from each year's months.
There is also a Cooking in the Dark cookbook Dale Campbell put together
several years ago and it is available from the Blind Bookstop on
